Dolly came into our care in the fall of 2021.  She has twinkle in her eye and always wants to know what’s going on.  Dolly is a leader and oversees the juvenile antics of her buddy, Rocky.  She also loves to canter around her paddock.

Earl Grey aka Mr. Nippy Nipperson joined the equine family in the summer of 2024. He joined our care after his owner passed away, and his family wanted to ensure he found a safe and forever home. Earl needs work on socialization and proper manners, especially regarding his goal of not biting. We are excited to introduce him to Jenny, Tango, and Romeo and help him learn good habits.

Jenny came into our care in the fall of 2021 and she is gentle and shy.  She loves back scratches and is very vocal when it’s dinner time.  Jenny hates the rain and will stay tucked in her shelter on rainy days.  She came into sanctuary from a neglect situation and was completely blind in one eye due to an unknown trauma.

Rocky came into our care in the fall of 2021.  He is very tiny at just a 180 pounds, but don’t tell him that because he thinks he’s a very mighty boy. 

Romeo came into our care in the fall of 2021, and he lives up to his name because he’s so charming!  Romeo loves to have his back scratched and loves his donkey pals Tango and Jenny.

Tango came into our care in the fall of 2021.  He is always the first to approach visitors and say hello.  He is very curious and has absolutely irresistible ears!
